Development Action Plan

An action plan is taking the feedback from the appraisal process and making goals and the steps required by the Employee to reach an improved level of performance. A development action plan is typically the responsibility of the Employee and agreed to by the Employer.

 

The Employee will undertake all the training and education requirements set out in the plan, and the Employer checks in regularly to establish progress against plan.

 

Once an Employee has met all requirements set out in the development action plan and has clearly demonstrated that they are performing at a high level and customer satisfaction is high that career succession should be applied.
